Shooters rebarrel rifles for many reasons. Better accuracy, change in caliber, and different twist rates are all reasons for a barrel change on your rifle.

KPG manufactures barrels in the following calibers. Also shown is the corresponding available twist rate for each caliber.

Premium Match Grade Barrels
These barrels are air gauged and guaranteed to have a varience of less than .0001 or less from muzzle to breach. This guarantee makes KPG premium match barrels the most precise, accurate, and finely tuned barrels available on todays market. Each barrel in made from 416R Stainless Steel and is inspected and qualified before shipment.

Standard Match Barrels
These barrels are less expensive than premium match barrels. Standard match barrels are guaranteed to have a varience of no more than .0003. If a barrel does not meet this standard, it is immediately scrapped. This is an excellent quality barrel for the budget minded shooter. Standard match barrels can be fabricated with either stainless steel or chrome molly. These KPG barrels are very reliable and precise, they just dont meet the extreme standard set with precision match barrels.
